Mostly David Cooke our realtor who recommended we use Prosperity. We appreciated the ability to docu-sign most all of the paperwork and correspond via e-mail and phone calls. The only downside to all of that is it eliminates any type of relationship building by never meeting anyone face to face--not that it truly matters as buying a home, at least for us, is an infrequent occurrence.

Every aspect of working with them was excellent with one exception: if you need to use electronic signatures (for instance we had limited access to an office), they are not yet utilizing electronic signatures.
